I AM Retreat!

 I have had more epiphanies in the last few weeks than at any other time in my life I can remember! The I AM Retreat is going to freaking rock! One of the things we will be covering is how to completely clear our homes AND our heads of clutter, and how to make them BOTH the havens we are craving. Join me Saturday November 17th 9-4 at Transformation Station - 970 E 3300 S Suite #2-B for a small (no more than 10 people) one-day workshop about transforming our relationship with OURSELVES! We'll be letting go of past and present hurt, shifting life patterns that do not serve us anymore, and releasing any self loathing that may still exist in us. We will have a fantastic day digging deep in to our belief systems, stories and perceptions so we can get to the TRUTH and free ourselves up to live the life we truly want! Girl SPARK Teen Event

Girl SPARK is a training for girls ages 12-21 who have the desire to learn and grow from their life experiences and inspire others! Come spend the day transforming your trials, pain and frustrations and learn how to use them as a catalyst for change and inspiration.
Join us Saturday May 12, 2012 from 10am til 3pm at The Transformation Station of Salt Lake, located at 970 East 3300 South, suite 2.  Cost is $45 per person. Lunch will be provided.  Registration is not complete until you have paid.
